When do I make payment?

To secure your slumber party we require a damages deposit
upfront of £50. Full payment is then due 7 days prior to the party
or we do accept cash on the day.

The £50 damages deposit will be returned via BACs
3-5 days after your slumber party

What is your cancellation policy? 

If you do unfortunately have to cancel your booking once you
have paid your initial deposit, please do let us know straight away.
However in these circumstances we are unable to refund
your deposit and any contract will be classed as a void. 

If you cancel once you have paid your party off in full, we are unable to refund you unless we are able to rebook you in for another date. 

Is there a minimum age for your slumber parties? 

Our slumber parties are ideally designed for children aged 5+


Can the teepees be taken outside 

Our Teepee tents are designed for inside use only. The bespoke fabrics used to match your theme are not waterproof therefore we want to keep the magic alive inside.

When do you set the slumber party up and how
long do we have the teepees for? 

We will set up your SleePee TeePee slumber party in the morning
of your party to allow enough time before your guests arrive. 

Setting up will take no longer than 2 hours.We will collect
the teepees exactly 24hrs after we delivered them. 

Do we have to have the themes you have
advertised or can these be changed? 

Absolutely! If our four themes don’t quite tickle your little ones fancy, we are more than happy to make their slumber party bespoke to them. There may be an additional charge depending on the extras you require. 

Is bedding and linen provided?

Yes, along with a mattress, duvet and pillows. 

What are the measurements for your teepees? 

115cm wide | 105cm high | 123cm long

What areas do you cover? 

We cover an area of 15 miles from BH14 - see map for details. If you are outside this area we are still happy to come to you however there may be an additional fuel charge
